The agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between AiGAP Robotic Inc. — a company headquartered at Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak A Blok No: 2 Suite: 208, Sariyer / 34485 Istanbul, Turkey, and operating from its Informatics Valley branch (Muallimkoy Dist. Deniz Cad. No: 143/5, 41400 Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey) and its UK branch AiGAP Inc. at 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom — (collectively "AiGAP", "we", "us") and you — whether as an individual, a company, or any other legal entity using our services.

By creating an account, accessing any AiGAP service, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that:

• You're at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent).
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• You'll comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you're using AiGAP on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any plan-specific terms displayed on our pricing page.

Your account

Creating an account

You need an account to use most AiGAP features. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per human (or per organization, on Gold plans).

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email us at support@aigap.com. We'll never ask for your password, ever.

Sharing accounts

Don't share your password. If you need teammates to access AiGAP, use the seats included with your Gold plan or upgrade to add more. Sharing a single account between multiple people is a violation of these Terms.

Inactive accounts

Free accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deactivated and their data deleted. We'll email you 30 days before this happens. Paid accounts are never deactivated for inactivity — your subscription keeps everything alive.

What you build

You own your content

Anything you create on AiGAP — apps, projects, generated code, custom datasets, exported builds — is yours. We don't claim ownership over your content.

License you grant us

To run the Service, we need a limited license. Specifically: you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to provide AiGAP to you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Public content

Content you choose to publish (deployed apps, public solution packages, comments) becomes accessible to others. You're responsible for what you publish.

Your apps' users

If you build an app on AiGAP and let others use it, you are the data controller for those end users (under GDPR). Your privacy policy and terms apply to them, not ours. We're a subprocessor.

AI-generated content

Code or content generated by AiGAP's AI is yours to use commercially, modify, or redistribute. We don't claim copyright over AI outputs. Be aware that AI-generated content may unintentionally resemble existing works — you're responsible for clearing any such issues if they arise.

Acceptable use

AiGAP is a tool. Like any tool, it can be misused. Don't.

You may not use AiGAP to:

• Build or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software.
• Create services for fraud, phishing, identity theft, or unauthorized access.
• Generate CSAM (child sexual abuse material), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexualizes minors. Zero tolerance.
• Build platforms whose primary purpose is harassment, doxing, or coordinated harm against individuals.
• Generate disinformation, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content designed to influence elections through deception.
• Violate intellectual property rights — including building products that incorporate copyrighted material without permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, or run automated scraping/exfiltration of AiGAP's services.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our model weights, source code, or trade secrets.
• Use AiGAP in industries with specific regulatory requirements (medical devices, weapons systems, life-critical infrastructure) without contacting us first for an enterprise agreement.

What happens if you violate this

For first offenses we may suspend the affected project and contact you. For serious violations (CSAM, malware, fraud) we will terminate your account immediately and report to law enforcement where required. We may also share evidence with affected parties if doing so is necessary to prevent harm.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse of AiGAP by another user, email support@aigap.com with details. We investigate every report and respond within 48 hours.

Payment & billing

Pricing

Current pricing is at aigap.com/pricing. Prices are in USD by default; for Turkish customers, in TRY via iyzico.

Billing cycles

Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans renew every 365 days. We charge your payment method automatically on the renewal date. We email a receipt every time.

Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated. Where required, we collect and remit applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Lemon Squeezy handles tax collection globally as our Merchant of Record. For Turkish customers, we issue a Turkish e-invoice (e-fatura) through iyzico.

Late payments

If a payment fails, we retry over 7 days and email you. If still unpaid after 14 days, your account is downgraded to Free. Your data isn't deleted — just feature access is restricted until you update payment.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle (so you don't lose paid-for features mid-period).

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime

One click in Settings → Billing → Cancel. No phone calls, no retention specialists, no "are you sure?" loops. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Money-back guarantee

If you upgrade and decide AiGAP isn't for you within 14 days, email us at support@aigap.com for a full refund. No questions, no awkwardness. After 14 days, we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Account deletion

Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your account — you keep your data on the Free plan. To delete entirely, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. After confirmation, your data is permanently destroyed within 30 days.

Service availability

Uptime targets

• Free plan — best effort, no SLA.
• Pro plan — target 99.5% monthly uptime.
• Gold plan — guaranteed 99.9% monthly uptime, with service credits if we miss it.

Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance happens on Sundays between 03:00–05:00 UTC, with 72 hours notice. Emergency maintenance may happen anytime, with as much notice as we can give.

Status page

Real-time status at status.aigap.com. Subscribe for incident updates by email or RSS.

Third-party services

AiGAP integrates with third-party services like cloud LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, iyzico), and authentication providers (Google, GitHub, Apple, Microsoft).

When you use these integrations:

• Their terms apply to their part of the service.
• We're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
• If they change their terms or pricing, we'll communicate the impact but can't always prevent it.

You can choose to use only local LLMs on Pro and Gold plans to avoid third-party AI providers entirely.

Warranties & disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiGAP is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate for your use case, or free from bias.
• Defects will be corrected immediately.
• The Service is suitable for your specific needs.

Some jurisdictions don't allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Where that's true, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) $100 USD, or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We're not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we knew such damages were possible.
• This limit applies in aggregate across all claims, not per claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. Where that's true, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of AiGAP in violation of these Terms.
• Your content (anything you create, upload, or publish).
• Apps you build on AiGAP and the way they affect their users.
• Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property.

We agree to defend and hold you harmless from claims that AiGAP itself (not your content built on it) infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, provided you give us prompt notice and reasonable cooperation.

Termination

By you

Cancel anytime in your account settings. Subscriptions end at the next billing date.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially breach these Terms (and don't fix it within 14 days of notice, where curable).
• You engage in prohibited use under § 4.
• Your payment is more than 30 days overdue.
• We're legally required to (e.g., court order, sanctions list).
• We discontinue the Service entirely (with at least 90 days notice and a full refund of pre-paid amounts).

What survives termination

Sections 9 (Warranties), 10 (Liability), 11 (Indemnity), and 13 (Disputes) survive any termination of these Terms.

Disputes & law

Try email first

Most disputes can be resolved by emailing info@aigap.com. Please try this before escalating.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: the laws of your country of residence apply to mandatory consumer protections.

Arbitration (US users)

For users in the United States, any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to binding arbitration through JAMS, in San Francisco, California. Either party may go to small claims court for claims under $10,000. Class actions are waived.

Courts (everyone else)

For non-US users, disputes go to the courts where you live (if EEA/UK/Swiss consumer rules require) or to Delaware (otherwise). For Turkish users, Istanbul Caglayan Courthouse has jurisdiction in addition to your local courts.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. When we do:

• The "Last updated" date at the top changes.
• For material changes (anything affecting your rights, pricing, or how you use AiGAP), we email all active users at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• For minor changes (typos, clarifications), we update silently.
